NATIV Meats had loyal customers reordering every fortnight, but no way to subscribe. We rebuilt their product setup so customers can choose a customisable starter box, order one-off or on subscription, or build their own cart. We also sourced and managed a developer for a custom postcode checker, so only customers in the delivery area can check out. Ordering is easier for customers, and the backend is simpler for the team to manage - right down to the pick/pack lists for the butchers.
