About us

So, who are we?

We’re a web development and graphic design agency based in Sydney’s Inner West. We work with both local and international clients to turn their ideas into digital magic.

Deckhand is a team of nerds who spent the early stages of their careers being the tech and design people in not-so-creative businesses. With 20+ years of combined industry experience between us, we can guarantee the work on your project aligns with industry standards and is being conducted by qualified specialists.

We have a comprehensive understanding of what businesses need, how they work, and the help they need to get there. We translate design and tech into understandable products that work for you.

We meet you where you’re at

Our approach is flexible and accessible, from proposal to handover. We offer tailored packages to meet your requirements and budget. Our goal is to provide you with the best solution that works now, and can support future growth.

Our project process

All communication and project updates are handled via our client and project portals. You’ll immediately have access to the whole project timeline and action steps, and be able to follow along with our progress throughout.

Training and resources

It’s important to us that you know how to use and manage your website - you shouldn’t need a developer for everything! We’ll provide you with training resources on handover so you can feel confident managing your site yourself.
